ACTIVE VAHINE CHALLENGE INCLUDES:
Access to a total of 6 live sessions and 6 video assignments!
That is 12+ Hours of 'Ori Tahiti training, where I will be sharing my Personal Training routines, Warmups, Stretches, Daily Exercises, Tips that have worked for me, and giving you support and feedback along the way.
We will be focusing on:
MINDSET:
Getting out of your comfort zone, setting your goals and intentions to become the best version of yourself.
TECHNIQUE:
Build the knowledge, strength, and habits needed to improve along your dance journey.
POSTURE & FLEXIBILITY:
Exercises for balance, posture, flexibility and coordination.
Focusing on joint and muscle mobility and allowing increased range of motion connecting your mind and body.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING:
6 unique, fun, empowering ‘Ori training routines to build strength, endurance, technique and focusing on the muscle groups associated to support, and develop your body’s full potential.
By the end of this challenge, you will build strength, endurance, and be able to put all of these skills achieved into practice incorporating your own creativity!
